Welcome to my world, where vision-led entrepreneurs find rejuvenation, clarity, and strengthened purpose. Within the warmth of my coaching practice lies an oasis of possibility—a sacred space where hearts expand, minds relax, and visions blossom.
My journey began in the depths of uncertainty and disconnection, a place familiar to many of us who have chosen a purpose-guided life. In my late 30s, I found myself at a career crossroads, unsure of my next step. To confound matters, I became very ill with no answers anywhere.
Drawing upon my years of expertise in healing and self-discovery, I embarked on a period of deep contemplation and curiosity-guided exploration. Slowly, I received the insight I needed. My symptoms dissipated and my new career path revealed itself. I never could have predicted how it would all come together.
Today, with over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience, I am the creator of the transformative “Standing in the Question™” and “Creating the Question™” processes.
My expertise spans business management, leadership development, behavioral change, emotional intelligence, consciousness, and human nutrition. Additional education in Human Design, Non-Violent Communication, and Body Code enriches my work.
At the heart of my coaching philosophy lies a deep reverence for the human spirit—a belief that within each of us rests inherent wisdom that knows who we are and where we’re heading.
